Returns

No returns of cosmetic products

For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products cannot be exchanged or returned. This applies to all products in our shop, even unopened ones. Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.

Incorrect or damaged delivery

If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us promptly after receipt by email at hallo@nevanu.ch, with your order number and a photo if possible. Statutory warranty rights under Articles 197 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply. For justified defects, we provide a replacement or refund the purchase price and cover the return shipping costs.
